We want to support safe and respectful hosting. If you believe an RV rental on our platform is creating a disturbance or violating local rules, you can let us know.
Examples of concerns you can report:
- Noise, parties, or disruptive behavior
- Parking or traffic issues caused by RV guests
- Safety or security hazards
- RVs parked without proper hookups or pads
- Listings that do not follow local laws or zoning requirements
How to report:
- Anyone can submit a concern—even if you are not using our platform. To do so, Contact Us. Please include the property address, a description of the issue, and any details that will help us review the situation.
What happens after you report:
- We review each report carefully.
- If the issue involves a specific listing, we may reach out to the host to resolve it.
- In urgent situations, we encourage you to also contact local authorities (such as police, fire, or zoning offices).
We are a small, independent company, and while we may not handle all disputes directly, we are committed to keeping the community informed and addressing valid concerns where possible.
