At RV Home Space, we strive to provide safe, comfortable, and respectful stays for all guests. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from the platform and loss of future booking privileges.
By booking and using our platform, guests agree to uphold the following responsibilities:
1. Respect the Space
Guests are expected to treat all properties with care. Any damage, misuse, or alterations to the space may result in charges and removal from the platform.
2. Follow Rules and Guidelines
Each host may have specific house rules or guidelines. Guests are responsible for reading, understanding, and following these rules during their stay.
3. Maintain Safety and Security
Guests should act responsibly to ensure their safety and the safety of others. This includes proper use of equipment, securing vehicles, and following any posted safety instructions.
4. Keep the Area Clean
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness in the space they occupy. Dispose of trash appropriately and leave the area in a condition similar to arrival.
5. Communicate Respectfully
Guests should communicate promptly and politely with hosts and the RV Home Space team regarding bookings, issues, or emergencies.
6. Compliance with Laws
Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws while using the space. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Responsible Use of Services
Guests must only use the space for its intended purpose. Unauthorized commercial use or subleasing is not allowed.
