Create a listing in a few steps. Add RV specs, site details (pad type, hookups, parking), photos, house rules, price, and availability. Get Started.
- Clean and declutter. Stock fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.
- Test systems: power, water, sewer, propane, HVAC, appliances, Wi-Fi.
- Level the RV and secure stairs, awning, and hoses.
- Verify hookups: correct amperage, working GFCIs, labeled breakers, backflow protection.
- Safety: smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit.
- Provide an arrival guide, site map, and emergency contacts.
- Use RV insurance that covers stationary short-term rental.
- Require a signed rental agreement and government ID.
- Set a security deposit and clear house rules.
- Document condition with time-stamped photos at check-in/out.

Policy & Regulations
Check local zoning, short-term rental rules, utility and septic codes, setback/parking rules, occupancy limits, fire code, and HOA or lease terms. Notify neighbors or your landlord if required.
