  • Clean and declutter. Stock fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.
  • Test systems: power, water, sewer, propane, HVAC, appliances, Wi-Fi.
  • Level the RV and secure stairs, awning, and hoses.
  • Verify hookups: correct amperage, working GFCIs, labeled breakers, backflow protection.
  • Safety: smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit.
  • Provide an arrival guide, site map, and emergency contacts.
  • Use RV insurance that covers stationary short-term rental.
  • Require a signed rental agreement and government ID.
  • Set a security deposit and clear house rules.
  • Document condition with time-stamped photos at check-in/out.
  • Our platform facilitates payments; we are not an insurer or your legal advisor.

Respond fast, keep instructions clear, list quiet hours and parking rules, share local tips, and handle issues promptly.

Policy & Regulations

Check local zoning, short-term rental rules, utility and septic codes, setback/parking rules, occupancy limits, fire code, and HOA or lease terms. Notify neighbors or your landlord if required.

Review our help articles, ask local authorities for compliance, and consult a professional for legal or tax advice.

Co-hosts

Listing setup, guest messaging, check-ins, cleanings/turns, maintenance, and on-site requests.

We don’t broker co-hosts. Invite someone you trust to your listing with the access level you choose.
Agree on terms before they start. You can split payouts if your payout setup supports it, or pay them separately. You are responsible for taxes and reporting.
