Payments and Cancellations
Platform Role
- Our platform provides listing, booking, and payment facilitation services.
- We are not a party to any rental agreement between RV owners (“Hosts”) and guests.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- A service fee is collected by the platform at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is transferred directly to the Host’s Stripe account.
Cancellations
- Each Host sets their own cancellation and refund policy.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the Host’s terms before booking.
- Refunds, if any, are issued directly by the Host through Stripe.
- Platform service fees are non-refundable.
Host Cancellations
- If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the Guest is entitled to a full refund from the Host.
- Hosts with repeated cancellations may face account suspension or removal.
Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds must be resolved directly between Host and Guest.
- The platform does not mediate disputes or issue refunds on behalf of either party.
