  • Communications: Messages exchanged between Hosts and Guests or with customer support.

We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, process bookings and payments, provide customer support, enforce our Terms, send account or service-related notices, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to complete transactions.
  • Hosts and Guests for booking coordination.
  • Service providers who help operate or improve the Platform.
