RVHomeSpace Services lets hosts offer add-ons that improve an RV stay. Examples: RV setup or orientation, delivery and pickup, utility hookups, dump station access, firewood, propane refills, cleaning, local transport, or guided activities. Services must be legal, safe, and accurately described.

Create a service profile, add photos, set pricing, and submit for review. We may request edits, licenses, permits, or proof of insurance. After approval, publish and begin accepting bookings.
Listing a service is free. When a service is booked, we deduct a platform fee from the payout. See the current fee schedule on the Fees page.

Hosting basics

Not required, subject to local laws. Some services or locations may need a business license or permit. If documentation is required, we will request it during review.
Services appear on a dedicated Services tab, on listing pages, and during trip planning and messaging. Search, recommendations, and notifications may feature your service.
After you complete the service and mark it delivered, payouts are sent through Stripe Connect. Timing depends on your bank and Stripe’s settlement schedule.

Application process

You’ll receive an email confirmation after submission. A reviewer checks quality, legality, safety, and clarity. We may ask for edits or additional documents.
We consider relevant experience, training or certifications, safety practices, clear scope and pricing, quality photos, and positive guest feedback.
Typically a few days. High-demand periods or missing documents can extend the timeline or place you on a waitlist.

Licensing & insurance

It depends on your location and the type of service. You are responsible for complying with all laws and providing documents if requested.

Yes. Maintain liability insurance appropriate for your service. We may ask for proof before or after approval.

No. RVHomeSpace does not provide insurance for service activities. You are responsible for your service, your equipment, and any assistants. Guests should confirm their own coverage if needed.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Hosts set service terms and are the primary point of contact for service-related issues. RVHomeSpace facilitates payments only and is not a party to the service contract between host and guest. Use clear policies and document completion to reduce disputes.
